A happy corgi and the Perry Paws logo

Perry Paws Mobile is a veterinary practice that comes to you — because pets feel best at home.

Led by Dr. Perry, our mission is to make veterinary care easier, gentler and more personal.

We remove the stress and hassle of having to drive your furry companion to a crowded veterinary office — we come to you when you need us or for regular scheduled appointments.

From routine wellness checkups to behavioral consultations, helping with chronic conditions, travel plans and end-of-life guidance and care, Perry Paws brings compassionate, high-quality medicine right to your doorstep. No car rides, no waiting rooms — just relaxed pets, happier visits and peace-of-mind for you.

We offer a warm, welcoming experience for both pets and their people, fostering a sense of community around care and our shared love of our furry companions.

“Hi, I’m Dr. Dasha Perry, lifelong animal lover and founder of Perry Paws Mobile Veterinary Practice.”

I grew up in Bethesda, Maryland, and have always felt a deep connection to animals and the people who love them.

At the University of Chicago I studied human development, through the lens of psychology, sociology and anthropology. After college, I realized I wanted to follow my true passion and work with animals, leading me to pursue veterinary medicine. I graduated from the Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University in 2016. I spent several years practicing in Boston before moving back to Washington, DC with my family.

Over the years, I’ve seen just how powerful the human-animal bond can be, and how meaningful a veterinarian’s role is in supporting that bond.

I started Perry Paws Mobile to provide personalized, stress-free care in the comfort of your home and to build strong, lasting relationships with my clients and their beloved companions.

I received my certification in Fear Free® pet care and believe every animal deserves to be treated with compassion, patience and kindness — the same way I treat my own furry companions.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, reading thrillers and exploring the amazing DC restaurant scene.
