Our Team
Dr. Dasha Perry
Dr. Perry is the founder of Perry Paws Mobile Veterinary Practice.
Dr. Perry grew up in Bethesda, Maryland. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University.
Dr. Perry is Fear Free® Certified and believes every pet deserves to be treated with patience, compassion, and kindness.
When she is not caring for patients, Dr. Perry enjoys spending time with her family, reading a good thriller, and exploring DC’s vibrant restaurant scene.
Nathalia Nivia - Technician
Nathalia is an animal lover who enjoys spending time with pets whenever she can. She has a cat named Tinto and is often found hanging out with her friends’ dogs.
Outside of her love for animals, Nathalia enjoys hiking, spending quality time with friends and family, and watching plenty of TV, despite always telling herself she should read more. She is also a passionate sports fan, with a particular love for tennis and soccer.
Tara Walker - Practice Manager
With over 10 years of experience in veterinary medicine, Tara has followed a uniquely diverse path to the profession. Before discovering a passion for veterinary medicine, she taught English in South Korea and worked as a correctional officer.
She holds degrees in both Psychology and Criminal Justice, disciplines that continue to influence her leadership style, communication skills, and approach to supporting others. Today, she works remotely from Georgia as the Practice Manager for Perry Paws Mobile.
Outside of work, Tara enjoys spending time with her family, strength training, and traveling.
