Do you provide emergency care?
We can evaluate some urgent concerns when our schedule and the pet’s condition make home care appropriate. We are not an emergency hospital and do not provide overnight monitoring or hospitalization.
Can you see more than one pet?
Yes. Tell us about every pet when requesting the visit so we can reserve enough time and provide an accurate estimate.
What if I live outside the core area?
Send your address and preferred days. We may be able to accommodate the visit with an extended travel fee or suggest another option.
