Will there be a travel fee?
Additional travel and parking fees may apply based on your location and travel distance or time. Include your address when you request a visit so we can discuss any applicable fees.
Can you see more than one pet during a visit?
Yes. Additional pets in the home are $150 per pet. Please include each pet and their needs in your visit request so we can plan enough time and discuss the expected cost.
How can I get an estimate for my pet?
Request a visit and tell us which services you’re interested in. We’re happy to provide pricing details for your pet’s care, including services not listed here.
What does “starting at” mean?
It is the starting price for that service. The final cost depends on the care needed. Please contact us to discuss your pet’s specific needs and request an estimate.
When do I pay?
A deposit is required to schedule your appointment, and payment is due at the time of service. We accept Zelle and credit cards. Credit card payments have a 3% processing fee.
